Mel is a psychologist who truly cares about helping people make positive changes in their lives. She has had the privilege of working with individuals facing various challenges, including general and acute mental health issues, neurodivergence, NDIS, addiction and recovery, trauma, relationship issues, domestic violence, and personality disorders. She has a particular interest in grief and loss and also addiction.
Mel has experience working with the Drug and Alcohol Service where she has provided specialised assessments and leads recovery-focused therapies for both individuals and groups. She is deeply committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental space for everyone who walks through her door.

She uses a holistic approach that incorporates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
