Judy appreciates that every client and family is unique and deserves to have a treatment approach structured around their individual needs, strengths and personal values.

Judy is able to draw on twenty years experience working in hospital, residential, critical care and private settings, with experience and expertise across a broad range of mental health needs and personal issues.

Judy has a special interest in supporting clients to create a quality life and future for themselves, through processing their unique life experiences and improving self confidence, self care and emotion regulation for all those from school age children through to adolescents and adults.

Judy’s therapeutic style while always professional, is noticeably authentic and eclectic, so as to provide individualised support for each and every client. Judy’s therapeutic approach is neuro-affirming and trauma-informed, and encompasses elements of:

·Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with Mindfulness
· Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) – Schema Therapy and RET (Brief Trauma Processing)
